I believe making healthier food choices honors God and will keep us healthy and strong!

Healthy Nutrition Tips for Kids:

* Eat more fruits and veggies.  They are packed with nutrition and good fiber too.  If you would like something sweet to eat… have a piece of fruit!

*Drink plenty of water each day!  Next time you reach for a soda…go for the water instead   Water has tons of nutrition and will keep your skin healthy too.

*Watch out for the unhealthy fats and extra calories you get from fast foods!  Try to eat at home more often and if you do have to eat out just make the best choice!

Healthy Confessions for Kids:

The light of the love of God has shined in our hearts and is radiating from us to shine in this dark world.  Let your light shine today!

Jesus is a friend that sticks closer than a brother! He is a faithful and true friend to you…make time to spend in His word today.
I want to encourage you to read your bible daily and pray …as the seed of the word of God is planted in you…you will grow up to be like Jesus!

Healthy Exercise Tips for Kids:

Try to exercise at least 20 minutes a day!  Here are some of my favorite exercises you can do to stay in great health:

  • Jump rope
  • Play basketball
  • Hopscotch
  • Swimming
  • Softball
