    Last year about this time God helped me to find your program on the
    NRB network. I needed an excercise buddy to keep me encouraged in
    keeping my body in good shape. In January I found a breast lump which
    turned out to be cancer and started chemo in March. I continued with
    your program. Somedays I had to sit on the couch, somedays I couldn’t
    even lift a two pound weight because I was so weak, but I did what I
    could. I also had 6 weeks of radiation and thank God I am now in
    remission. I believe God led me to find your program because of the
    health benefits that come from it. Keep up the good work and God
    bless!

    Once again I want to thank you for your program and the kind and
    encouraging way which you convince me to get off the couch & start
    exercising. It has been about 8 weeks now since I started & Wow!! I
    can really tell a difference. I have a long way to go to achieve my
    goal, but I can say I’ve come a long way already. I was so inactive
    and tired and “flabby”! Now I’m feeling much more energetic, I can see
    my body BEGINNING to look toned, not quite so flabby. THanK GOD!

    Hi Jennifer….hey girlfriend~
    I feel as though I know you somewhat….you’ve been with me every Monday through Friday in my living room since Nov. 2009. ;o) Back then, I was flipping through some Christian cable stations, desperately needing to find encouragement in the Lord as I was having a hard time of encouraging myself in the Lord. It had been a year since I last worked out AND even longer since spending personal quiet time with the Lord. It was a cold dreary winter day in Minnesota, but your sunny disposition caught my attention. Despite your promptings of “sitting out is not an option, do what you can” and “the best exercise to do is the one you WILL do”, all I did for the first 2 weeks is watch you from the comfort of my couch. Oy! Well, it is rare that I miss a work out with you every weekday @ 8 a.m. (a perfect time for me). Your no-nonsense, adaptable, doable workout routine is just what the doctor…..no….what the Lord ordered!! This 45 year old married-no-kids woman of God feels better, is stronger, healthier (my annual doctor check-up proved that!) and more herself! You have also helped ‘jump start’ my special quiet times with my Heavenly Father! How can I adequately say thank you for that? Thank You, THANK YOU! Jennifer, may you be blessed this Christmas and in the new year for being such a blessing to me….and to countless others!

    Dear Jennifer,
    I’m writing to say thank you. Your program is truly a blessing. It is so wonderful to hear the encouraging scripture and words to uplift during the workout. I am 9 weeks pregnant with my 6th child and have felt so tired, even after eating well and getting a good nights rest. This morning I decided to try some light exercise to see if it would help me. I looked at my program guide and saw that your program was coming up and decided to tune in. For the first time in weeks I feel great! I find it no coincidence that my devotional this morning was Isaiah 60. God is so wonderful! Thank you for your ministry and may God bless you as you share the light of Christ.

    I just want to say a big Thank you for your program. I work out with
    you everyday that I can. I will eventually be buying your DVDs so I
    can work out at other times. I started back at the beginning of Nov. I
    have lost 17 pounds with the combination of your workouts and using
    Weight watchers. Your work out is set apart from others. You give
    inspiration through God’s word. Thank you again for bringing God’s
    message each day! It’s through you and His word that helps keep me
    motivated to lead a healthy life style both physically and

    Thank you Jennifer: I had “VERY BAD BALANCE”; but doing your excercises 6 days a week; there has been a dramatic change in my balance. I used to feel I “HAD TO ” hang on to my husband for every step. Thank You So Much I pray for your sucess and just today gave your website to buy dvd’s to a younger person .     Thank you God for allowing this program to be broadcast. I found this broadcast one morning as I was reading my word of the day and listening to someone on TV preaching the word of God. I have tried so many different diets and exercise programs it’s ridiculous. One thing I have found is consistency needs to be the key ingredient in losing weight. I am inspired by your story of the weight you lost ,and pray I can also get myself into shape as I work out along side you in the morning. Thanks and keep your spirits up you are doing a great job.

    HI JENNIFER – started with you approx 5 wks ago!! i’m 74 yrs. old, and do most of the exercises sitting on a chair, right now; but hope & pray that i’ll be able to stand very soon. i’ve noticed a great deal of change in my arm strength, which is the main reason i began the program. i had begun to lose strength there. i also notice a change in my leg strength also. am able to walk the stairs & around stores faster!! will continue to exercise with you & will order dvd’s soon, so i can continue them on weekends!! THANX & MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS & KEEP YOU IN HIS FAVOR

    Hi Jennifer,
    I wanted to give you the latest in my pursuit of good health. I think I told you in a previous note, that I watched you for days, maybe even a week or two before I finally got up and started exercising. I started on Sept. 16 and I continue to improve and feel more strength and increase my stamina. I’m so thankful for your exercise program. You are such a kind
    motivator, haha! I love that you incorporate scripture and even little short Bible lessons as you encourage us to continue to take care of the temple God lives in. I’ve read and heard those verses for many years but they have really begun to take on a new meaning for me. I know he really does live in me, and now I realize I haven’t taken that good of care of his house for the first half of my life, but things are changing! I have a health issue with my back and so I can’t do anything that strenuous with my upper body, but I am doing what I can and try to continue to challenge myself! Thanks again, JEnnifer!

    Thank you so much for your program. I just found it last week. I have been praying this winter for an exercise program that would be right for me. I enjoy walking but in West Central Wisconsin there is just too much snow and ice to walk the streets safely. I am 65 years old and had heart problems two years ago. Your program is right for me. I am so enjoying working out with you. 8:00 a.m. works great for me.

I just love it as you personalize the workouts so it feels like you and I are exercising together, like nobody else is around! Your giggle is infectious, too. Once in awhile if you make a mistake, you laugh at yourself and that is just so sweet! This morning you started counting UP instead of DOWN! :) Your evident love of Jesus is so overwhelming that it moves me to tears.   15. Hello Jennifer,

    I’ve been meaning to thank you for the inspiration and motivation you have brought to me and my home. I have struggled with sticking to a workout regime…. often starting an intense aerobic workout class at the Y, going for a month or so, and then something happening, with 3 children, there’s always something that comes up and then I’m off my routine. This works for me. I started a part time job at a nursing home in September, and I do the routine before I go in. My children are often in the room and take part in the workout or just listen to your message….. they love you too! I have 2 boys, 9 & 10 years old and a 7 year old dtr. I have been a Christian for many years and really love the combination of a scriptural message with my workout! It works for me!! Thank you so much : )

    Jennifer, thank you for being my workout coach for the last two years. The first year of working out I didn’t lose any weight because I still made poor nutrition choices. Then in January 2010 I started a diet and combined with your daily workouts and prayer, it took me only 6 months to reach my weight goal of 124. I’ve kept the weight off for 6 months and it’s because I stuck with my new eating habits and your workouts. I warm up by spending time in prayer and time on my treadmill. Then I move right into your program at 6 a.m. Thank you for blending God’s word with every workout. You are doing great things. May God continue to bless you and all of your viewers. Love Linda

    This is my second letter to let you know that I am STILL loving you and all you do for us, outside AND in! I started with you over a year ago and I am still exercising almost every day with you……..YOU are the BEST! The amazement continues as I cannot believe how much energy I have or the muscle tone that is more like I am in my 30′s……I am 53! In fact, I never felt this good when I was 33! The compliments I receive, are great to hear when you are my age and everyone wants to know my ‘secret’! I tell everyone about you!

    I am a 58yr. old female who has let her body settle for less exercise than it needs. I used to dance a lot, but after several surgeries, I have stopped almost altogether. I started your exercise program about 3yrs ago. For a while, I got up at 5:30 every morning. After changing jobs, I basically quit. Now I am so out of shape and would like to loose about 30 lbs. You are my inspiration! I feel good after working with you. The word of God during the exercise is most helpful and uplifting. Thank you for what you do. And I will do better. I am setting my alarm right now. I will take better care of my temple.

    Dear Jennifer, thank you so much for your 30 min workout. Rise up
    starts at 8am, the time I’m headed out the door for work, so I record
    a the entire week’s workout so I can join you in the evening. I follow
    your advise to strength train twice a week and I am seeing a big
    difference in my weight and appearance. A 30 min workout is just the
    right amount of time for me. I’m going to be 53 this month and I have
    been out of shape for too long. I’m feeling stronger and my energy has
    increased.
    Also I love to listen to the encouragement and reminders you give to

    I have just started watching your show this week on direct tv. I have
    exercised 3 mornings in a row. It gets my day going and is upifting. I
    look forward to it daily now. I am 48 years old. I have a daycare in
    my home and the kids love you too! It is also great to hear all of
    your comments on fitness and foods. Also kudos for wearing moderate

    Good morning Jennifer, I just finished working out with you. I’m 87 years old and am so glad to have discovered you on TV. I volunteer in our church kitchen every Wednesday. We serve dinner before the various Wed. evening services. It’s great to be able to have energy and the strength to help the chef. My doctor diagnosed the pain in my right hip as severe arthritis. After a few months of working out with you I can climb the stairs again and walk without limping most of the time. It’s great to feel “alive” again.

    Hi Jennifer, On March 1st I challenged myself to commit to a regular
    exercise program for at least four months. I browsed through my Sky
    Angel channels hoping there would be something to help me since I
    could not go to a gym and I didn’t know if I would stay motivated
    enough with just my own routines. I found your program and two others.
    Yours has been perfect for me! I am not overweight but at 49 years old
    I was definitely feeling a lot of aches, pains, stiffness, and fatigue
    that I knew I needed to do something about. You are right about giving
    it time. At first I was more sore and tired then ever. Not so anymore.
    I feel stronger and healthier and even though my four month commitment
    is up I have no intention of stopping. Thank you for glorifiying God
    on your program. I know that is what has kept me going. A work out
    that glorifies the body would have been discouraging and pointless.

    HI Jennifer, I am enjoying the workouts on NRB network This makes my
    6th week of working out I lost 75 lbs and am trying to lose 30 more
    and I am excited to be working out trying to “firm up” and fell
    stronger. The last lbs is harder to lose but I think the work outs are
    helping. Thank you for your program it is encouraging both
    physically and spiritually.

    Hello Jennifer..Just viewed your site after I saw your exercise
    segment on NRB.
    Just to let you know that I am feeling so inspired after almost 2
    years of unemployment and diagnosis of Polymyalgia and OA of my knees
    and hands…and possibly my feet. I have been needing to exercise to
    strengthen my body to helping me with the above conditions. The
    workout appears to be a safe and kind one for the joints. Am so
    hopeful once again..and the bonus that this is a christian program for
    spirtual wellness. I truly believe I was meant to “bump” into this
    program and channel. Thank you so much and am looking forward to

    After lying in bed “watching you exercise” from time to time; I finally decided to “leap out of bed” and join you. Today was my 3rd day to exercise with you…. the first 2 days I had to force myself to stay with it all the way through the program, but today I was more eager and required less effort.

    It was as if you were there in the room with me. The tone of your voice, your choice of music/song, and the scriptures you quote, are all very encouraging. And I too, would like a copy of the grocery shopping list, as well as your prayers for healthy weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes.

    Hi Jennifer~ I worked out with you this morning and feel great about it. I dvd’d the workout in case I miss your program some mornings, but my plan is to work out every day with you that I can. I love the easy movements and your gentle voice speaking scripture. You are a blessing! The fact that you have lost 85 lbs. gives my hope that I can lose at least 50 lbs! I am 57 years old and have let myself get in poor shape. I prayed this morning that the Lord would help me to trust in Him each and every day about everything!     I am new watcher and doer of your daily program Mon-Fri on the NRB
    channel as of october of this year. I was praying to God that I would
    find a good work out program for myself that would help me spiritually
    and physically and through your program I have! Thank God!
    As of may 5th I got the gastri bypass surgery and it worked but in
    order to maintain I needed a program that wasnt to crazy and that
    would keep my attention and I am blessed every morning when your show

    Hi,
    I just wanted to let you know I exercised with you this morning for
    the first time. Thank you for being so encouraging and uplifting. I
    was praying to God this morning and asking Him to help me with this
    weightloss and thoughts of discouragement began to come, thoughts of
    not being able, of thinking I’m older now so it won’t be possible. I
    know it was the enemy. I’ve tried losing weight before and lost but
    regained it back and more. As I came against those thoughts, I had a
    thought to turn on the TV and look for an exercise show that I could
    do from home. No more excuses. No more saying I’m going to get to the
    gym and never going. So, I found your program. And, what do you know.
    You were quoting the scripture about forgetting the former things. You
    encouraged me in letting me know that you’ve lost 85lbs and have kept
    it off. Nothing is impossible to those who are in Christ Jesus. I was
    praising God while exercising. How cool is that! I know nothing
    happens by coincidence so I feel it was Spirit-led that I found your
    program. I plan to exercise with you every morning. I want to say
